We curate small and carefully selected groups for our retreats.
For the EXPLORE retreat, the process is simple:

1. Application
Submit your application via this form.

2. Intake
Within three business days we schedule a short video conversation to get to know you.

3. Screening
You complete a medical questionnaire to confirm eligibility.

4. Enrollment
If you decide to join, you receive a payment link. Payment can be made in full or in monthly installments.

5. Preparation
You meet with our therapist Alessandro for a one-to-one preparation session to clarify your intention and ask questions.

6. Orientation
You receive a preparation guide with practical information.
